Commercial Advantage Update

Commercial Advantage (formerly Business Banking) will be unavailable from March 16 at 8:00 p.m. CT to March 17 at 6:00 a.m. CT for scheduled system maintenance.

This update will include fixes aimed at enhancing the overall performance and stability of the system. These improvements are the building blocks for an upgrade slated for later this spring which will offer additional features.

Changes Included in the Maintenance Update

  • • Ability to select multiple accounts when creating various reports.
  • • Expanded transaction search options for Balance Reporting and Transaction Search.
  • • Ability to log into more than one profile within the mobile app.
  • • Administrators will have the ability to determine if a user can credit and debit an account, credit only, or debit only when processing account transfers.

System Administrators may also notice subtle changes to the service package groupings. The features offered remain the same, but the service groupings have been adjusted to improve the administrative experience.

NEXT STEPS – Beginning March 17
Web Browser
For users who access Commercial Advantage through a web browser, there is no action needed. This update will happen automatically, and the transition should be seamless.

Secure Browser
Users that access Commercial Advantage through Secure Browser will need to perform an upgrade. Instructions are available below.
