Where can I find my full account number and routing number?

To find your account number in My Alerus, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your My Alerus account.
  2.  Select your bank account.
  3. Go to the Summary section.
  4. Select Show More Details to view the full routing and account number.

Alerus (former Home Federal clients only)

  1. Log in to your My Alerus account.
  2. Navigate to Account History.
  3. Select Statements and Notices.
  4. Open your statement, and your account number will be visible in the top-right corner.

Alerus’ routing number is 091300159.

If you have a checking account it’s the first set of numbers printed on the bottom of your checks, on the left side.

What should I do if I can’t access my account or forgot my username and password?

Don’t worry; it happens! We can help you recover your username or reset your password online.

If you forgot your username:

  • Go to the Forgot Username page.
  • Enter the email address you use for business with us and select Send Username.
  • We’ll send you an email with your username.

If you forgot your password:

  • Go to Forgot Password page.
  • Enter your Username.
  • If the username exists, we will send you a verification code to the email address you provided at registration.
  • After you’ve correctly entered your code, you’ll be able to reset your password.
  • You can then use this new password to log in to your account online.
