Business Essentials Update

Business Essentials (formerly Small Business Banking) will be unavailable from March 16 at 8:00 p.m. CT to March 17 at 6:00 a.m. CT for scheduled system maintenance.

This update will include fixes aimed at enhancing the overall performance and stability of the system. These improvements are the building blocks for an upgrade slated for later this spring which will offer additional features.

Changes Included in the Maintenance Update

  • • Expanded transaction type options for Search Transaction History.
    • Ability to log into more than one profile within the mobile app.

NEXT STEPS – Beginning March 17
Web Browser
For users who access Business Essentials through a web browser, there is no action needed. This update will happen automatically, and the transition should be seamless.

Update Secure Browser
Users who access Business Essentials through Secure Browser will need to perform an upgrade.
