Maintenance Update Details

Same Day ACH Cutoff
When creating an ACH file using a Template or Free Form Batch, customers can no longer select the same day after the Same Day ACH cutoff (currently 12:30pm). Previously the system allowed clients to select the same day even after the cutoff for the day. This change will ensure clients accurately know when their transactions will be delivered.

Reporting – Multiple Accounts
Ability to select multiple accounts when creating reports in:

• •  NACHA Notification of Change Reports
• •  NACHA Return File Reports
• •  Report Delivery

Balance Reporting – Search Options
Balance Reporting has expanded transaction search options, allowing customers to narrow the focus of their search. The data type defaults to all, but if desired, customers can uncheck, and then select one or more transaction types to complete their balance report. This report can be viewed on-screen or downloaded in a variety of formats.

Transaction Search – Search Options
Transaction Search will have expanded search options. Searches can be done by check number, date, and amount. In Transaction Groups select All, then choose Selected, to gain access to an expanded transaction type search menu. These expanded options allow customers to narrow their search to allow them to better zero in on information.

Credit/Debit Permissions
Administrators can now determine if a user can credit and debit an account, credit only, or debit only. The system will default to any accounts the user is allowed to have credit and debit ability. The administrator adds a new permission set and moves accounts out of the Credit and Debit permission set to the appropriate Credit Allowed Accounts (credit only) or Debit Allowed Accounts (debit only) permission set.

Services Packages
Administrators may notice subtle changes to the Services Package groupings. The features offered remain the same, but the service groupings have been adjusted to improve the administrative experience.

Mobile Banking
Ability to login to more than one company profile.
