Bret Kinzler joined Alerus in 2014. He is a certified financial planner and chartered life underwriter and specializes in providing wealth management guidance to assist clients in making the best use of their finances and enjoy their retirements.
Bret holds bachelor’s degrees in finance and business administration from North Dakota State University in Fargo and frequently contributes his professional expertise to charitable organizations in the community. He currently serves as treasurer for the Kiwanis Club of Fargo’s scholarship foundation, an emerging leader member of the United Way of Cass-Clay, and a member of the Red River Valley Estate Planning Council.
In his free time, Bret can often be found fishing and hunting near his family farm or enjoying a game of golf or a good slice of pizza. He and his wife Tallie live in West Fargo, North Dakota.
