Caileen Heuertz joined Alerus in 2008. As a business advisor, Caileen serves as the trusted point of contact for business clients and delivers comprehensive financial advice to help them achieve their financial wellness goals. She works closely with experts across Alerus to serve clients’ holistic financial needs and connect them to the company’s full suite of diversified services as they are needed. With expertise in the areas of business finance, depository services, wealth management, and retirement services, Caileen applies her knowledge of traditional and non-traditional financial products to provide clients with the right financial solutions for their needs.
Caileen holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and management from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She also holds a master’s degrees in management, business, strategic leadership, and human resources from the University of Mary in Fargo.
Active in her community, Caileen is involved with Business Professionals of America, Fargo–Moorhead Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Cass Clay, Junior Achievement and American Diabetes Association. She also serves on the board of directors for the Emergency Food Pantry.
Caileen lives in Fargo with her family and is a foster parent. In her free time, she enjoys watching football and baseball, spending time at the lakes and traveling.
