Cindy Faulkner
Business Advisor, Retirement Specialist
Cindy Faulkner has been with Alerus since 2014. As a business advisor, retirement specialist, she loves working with plan sponsors and with participants. Cindy has a passion for educating her audience to help them make choices that accomplish their goals. With plan sponsors, that often means assisting with plan design options that help the employer provide a great retirement benefit to their employees. Working with plan participants, Cindy’s goal is to help de-mystify their retirement plan, explain some of the relevant terms, and increase confidence.
Cindy has a history of educating. She is an attorney and taught law school for 22 years. As a professor, Cindy worked with students in small groups as they honed their skills in the courtroom and in the classroom. She supervised law students in the school’s clinics as they represented real clients with real litigation issues.
Cindy and her family live in Lansing, Michigan.
