Darcy L. Hitesman (J.D., with honors, University of Minnesota) practices employee benefits with the firm of Hitesman & Wold, P.A. She advises clients regarding the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and state insurance laws. She represents employers and employee benefit plans of all sizes and types (for-profit, non-profit, governmental entity, single employer, multiple employer and MEWAs), including third party service providers, health care providers, plan sponsors, employers, and benefits consultants.
