Debbie Lange
Chief Credit Officer
As chief credit officer, Debbie Lange provides oversight to all areas of lending including consumer and small business lending, loan operations, and mortgage underwriting. She is client focused in developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships, while also balancing the overall lending risk profile of the company.
Debbie joined Alerus in 2019 and has nearly three decades of experience in the financial industry in high level lending leadership roles. She most recently served as senior vice president and regional credit officer at TCF Bank where she developed and implemented credit polices within her region and loan portfolio. Prior to TCF Bank, she served as executive vice president and chief credit officer at Western Bank, a Division of American National Bank.
