Jalen Ham

Jalen Ham is a senior business advisor, specializing in working with agriculture clients to provide personal and business financial guidance to help them navigate complexities to achieve and maintain financial wellness. He serves as his clients’ trusted financial partner and aids with growth and long-term planning, including lending and deposits, retirement planning, estate planning, and wealth management.
Jalen joined Alerus in June 2023. He has worked in the financial industry since 2018. He previously worked in the agriculture industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Minnesota State University Moorhead and is a graduate of the Dakota School of Banking, where he received the Outstanding Banker award in 2022. He and his wife, Casey, live in Kindred, North Dakota. They have three children. In his free time, Jalen enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, fishing, and gardening.
