Jean Fay
Senior Business Advisor, Retirement Specialist
As a senior retirement business advisor, Jean Fay establishes and maintains relationships with retirement plan clients to ensure they receive service that exceeds industry standards and expectations. She provides expertise to help clients define and implement their plans and collaborates with retirement plan professionals throughout Alerus to provide plan administration guidance, participant education, investment service, and other assistance as needed.
Jean joined Alerus in 2018 and has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including more than a decade specializing in retirement and benefits services. She has also served as a financial advisor and financial sales consultant. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rivier College in Nashua, New Hampshire.
In her free time, Jean enjoys the outdoors in all seasons and participates in activities from gardening and hiking to snow shoeing. When she isn’t outside, she enjoys reading and cooking. She lives in Hooksett, New Hampshire, with her husband Steve. They have two children and two grandchildren.
