As a senior business advisor specializing in retirement, Jessica Jackson works closely with her clients to create customized retirement plans to optimize organizational and individual retirement benefit goals. With over 20 years of financial services experience, her expertise encompasses retirement solutions including 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), health and wellness programs, wealth management, personalized participant education, and other services. In addition to providing her subject matter expertise, she works closely with experts across Alerus to ensure business clients have access to its full suite of diversified services to meet their financial objectives.
Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree from Concordia College and a master’s degree from North Dakota State University. Jessica holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA®), Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKC®), and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®) designations. She is a graduate of the Dakota School of Banking and the Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo Chamber Leadership Program.
She serves as vice president of the West Fargo School Board and is a board member for Junior Achievement North of Fargo-Moorhead. In her free time, Jessica finds joy in her family life with her husband Seth and their five children, and enjoys hobbies including reading, gardening, watching movies, attending concerts, and spending time outside.
