As a retirement sales consultant at Alerus, Jim Pauley collaborates with financial advisors to provide tailored retirement plan solutions for their clients. He is passionate about effectively planning for retirement and partners with advisors to help navigate evolving regulations and mandates to best serve their clients and, ultimately, help prepare individuals for financially secure retirements.
Jim serves advisors in Kentucky, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. He has 25 years of experience in retirement plan sales and served as a regional vice president at Ameritas before joining Alerus. He is a Retired Income Certified Professional and a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Jim lives with his wife and daughter in Indian Land, South Carolina. In his free time, he enjoys watching all types of sports and playing golf.
