Kristine Johnson
Senior Commercial Real Estate Lending Advisor
Kristine Johnson joined Alerus in March 2022 and is based in the downtown Minneapolis office. As a senior commercial real estate lending advisor, she works closely with commercial real estate owners and developers and Alerus business advisors to provide creative and flexible financing solutions for regional and national projects.
She previously served as a vice president of commercial real estate banking at Bremer Bank. Kristine has worked in banking and finance for 20 years and has significant experience financing all commercial real estate asset types, with a focus on multi-family, industrial, retail, office, and senior living projects.
Kristine holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. She lives in Saint Michael, Minnesota, with her husband Mark and their two sons. In her free time, she enjoys watching her sons’ sporting events, attending University of Minnesota football games, traveling, golfing, and spending time with her family at their cabin.
