Mark Alley
National Market President
Mark Alley joined Alerus in 2003 when Alerus acquired Pensions Solutions, Inc., where he had worked since 1995. Since joining Alerus, Mark has expanded Alerus’ retirement plan distribution — both locally and nationally — through banking channels, independent financial advisors, and affinity marketing programs.
In his current role as the national market president, Mark is tasked with leading and growing the Alerus clientele across the country. Mark brings a business acumen in creating and establishing national sales campaigns, as well as proven expertise in establishing strategic relationships across the country.
Prior to joining Alerus, Mark worked at a number of different national financial service firms in product development and in the marketing of qualified retirement plan strategies.
Mark holds a degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls. He currently resides in Mendota Heights, Minn., with his wife and two daughters.
