Paul Dadlez is responsible for managing individual and institutional client relationships by providing comprehensive wealth management services. He accomplishes this by working to understand his clients’ needs and goals, then assembling the appropriate team of specialists to provide creative and customized solutions.
Paul joined Alerus in 2013 with experience in the fields of banking, investments, insurance, and law. He practiced law for six years and was named a “Rising Star” in the legal profession by his peers. He was featured in publications including Law & Politics, Twin Cities Business Monthly, and Mpls.St.Paul Magazine. Paul has spent the greater portion of his career as a wealth management advisor, where he specializes in private banking, personal trust, and financial planning. He earned a bachelor’s degree in communication arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an MBA from the University of St. Thomas School of Business, and a J.D. from Hamline University School of Law.
He devotes his spare time to various community activities. He currently serves on the boards of Friends of the Saint Paul Library Foundation and Hamline University Board of Trustees. He formerly served on the board of Everybody Wins Minnesota. Paul is deeply committed to youth coaching and was recognized as an Honored Volunteer for 2005 by the City of Saint Paul Division of Parks and Recreation. He was president of the St. Paul Kiwanis Club in 2007-2008, and served as a team leader for Habitat for Humanity’s Brush With Kindness. He is also a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and Twin Cities Estate Planning Council. He and his wife, Kady, reside in St. Paul with their triplets.
