Teresa Wasvick
SVP, Director of Human Resources
Teresa Wasvick joined Alerus in 1991 and has worked in a variety of client service areas before joining the human resources team in 1996. Her previous experience working with clients is helpful in her current role as human resources director, as she provides the direction, support, and service to Alerus employees so they can, in turn, do the same for our clients.
Teresa has a passion for positioning Alerus as an employer of choice and strives to provide employees with the best human resource programs and practices, such as employee engagement activities, retention efforts, and leadership opportunities.
Teresa serves on the company’s leadership council team. She received a bachelor’s degree in business from Moorhead State University and resides in Grand Forks, ND, with her family.
